Ghanaian Food Recipe: Uziza Pepper Goat Light Soup
Ingredients:

500g goat meat (chopped)
-
1 tbsp ground Uziza / Black Pepper

2 fresh tomatoes
-
1 large onion
-
1 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 scotch bonnet (optional)

1 tbsp ground crayfish (optional)

Salt to taste

1 Maggi cube or seasoning of choice

4 cups water
Instructions:

Wash goat meat and season with salt, onions, and a sprinkle of Uziza pepper.

Simmer meat with chopped onions and tomato paste for 15 minutes.

Blend tomatoes, onions, and scotch bonnet; add to the pot.

Pour in water and bring to a boil.

Add remaining Uziza pepper, crayfish, and seasoning cube.

Simmer for 30–45 minutes until meat is tender and soup is aromatic.

Serve hot with fufu, rice, or boiled yam.
