Emiroo shall not be liable for any delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as incorrect address information provided by the customer, the unavailability of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, natural disasters, or mail carrier problems. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered by the delivery carrier but not received, or packages not received due to an inaccurate address.
