Recipe: Ugba Abomu (Fermented Bean Salad)
Ingredients:

1/2 cup NINA UGBA (rinsed in warm water)

1 tbsp ground crayfish

1 tbsp palm oil
-
1 tsp powdered pepper or fresh scotch bonnet (crushed)

1 small onion (sliced)

1/2 cube of seasoning (optional)

Salt to taste

Boiled yam, plantains, or rice (for serving)
Instructions:

Rinse UGBA in warm water to remove excess salt and fermentation residue.

In a bowl, combine UGBA with palm oil, crayfish, pepper, onions, and seasoning.
