Ingredients:

1 cup Nina Tapioca (Precooked Cassava)

2 cups water

1 cup evaporated milk

2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Soak the tapioca in water for 15–20 minutes.
