Ingredients:

1 can of TITUS Sardines in Soybean Oil with Chili Pepper

1 medium red onion (sliced)
-
2 tomatoes (chopped)
-
1 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 small scotch bonnet pepper (optional)

1 clove garlic (minced)
-
1/2 tsp ground ginger
-
1/2 tsp curry powder
-
Salt to taste

1/2 cube seasoning (Maggi or preferred)

1/4 cup palm oil or vegetable oil
-
1 slice of yam (boiled and cubed)
Instructions:

Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté onions until soft.

Add garlic, ginger, pepper, and tomato paste. Stir and let it cook for 2 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, curry powder, seasoning cube, and salt. Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.

Gently add sardines and their oil. Break them slightly and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Serve over boiled yam or with rice or kenkey.
