Romaine lettuce and/or cabbage (shredded)

Cucumber (sliced)

Carrot (shredded)

Tomatoes (wedged or sliced)

Red onion (thinly sliced)

Grape tomatoes or sweet corn (optional)

Canned baked beans, drained

Hard‑boiled eggs, sliced

Cubed avocado

Optional: chopped corned beef or sardines

Seasoning: freshly ground black pepper

Dressing: Heinz Salad Cream, mayonnaise, or mix with ketchup
Instructions:

Combine lettuce (and cabbage), cucumber, carrot, tomatoes, and onion in a large bowl.

Top with baked beans, sliced eggs, avocado, and optional protein (sardines or corned beef).
