Recipe Using Palm Oil: Eto (Mashed Yam with Palm Oil and Eggs)
Ingredients:

2 large yams (peeled and cut into chunks)

1/2 cup NINA Palm Oil

1 medium onion (sliced)

2 hard-boiled eggs

1 tsp ground pepper (optional)

Salt to taste

1 ripe avocado (optional)
Instructions:

Boil yam chunks in salted water until soft. Drain and mash while hot.

In a separate pan, heat NINA Palm Oil and fry onions until slightly caramelized.
