Ingredients:

3 tbsp NINA Ground Hot Pepper Chillies

1 cup dried shrimp or fish powder

1 onion (finely chopped)

1 cup vegetable oil

1 tbsp tomato paste

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 cube seasoning (Maggi or your choice)

Salt to taste
Instructions:

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir in tomato paste and garlic, cook for 3–5 minutes.
