Suya Pepper by Margnise LLC (300g) is a traditional West African spice blend designed for grilling, roasting, and barbecuing meats. Packed with a perfect balance of heat, earthiness, and rich umami flavor, it’s ideal for recreating authentic Nigerian-style suya kebabs at home. This spice is also great as a dry rub or finishing sprinkle on roasted meats, fries, or vegetables.

Ingredients:

500g beef or chicken (thinly sliced)

2 tablespoons Margnise LLC Suya Pepper

1 tablespoon groundnut oil (peanut oil)

1 Maggi cube (optional)

Salt to taste

Sliced onions and tomatoes (for garnish)

Skewers
Instructions:

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins (if using).

Toss meat slices with oil, salt, optional Maggi, and Suya Pepper until well coated.

Thread meat onto skewers.

Grill over hot coals or in an oven at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway.

Serve with extra Suya Pepper, onions, and tomatoes on the side.
