Ingredients for Kokonte:

2 cups Madam Jas Kokonte flour

4 cups water
Instructions for Kokonte:

Boil 3 cups of water in a pot.

Mix 1 cup of cold water with Kokonte flour in a bowl to form a smooth slurry.

Gradually add the slurry to the boiling water, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

Stir continuously until it thickens and becomes stretchy (about 10–15 minutes).
