Recipe Using Groundnut Paste:
Groundnut Soup with Fufu
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Groundnut Paste
-
1.5 lbs goat meat or chicken

2 tomatoes
-
1 onion
-
1 scotch bonnet pepper
-
1 tbsp tomato paste
-
Salt and Maggi to taste

Water
Instructions:

Blend tomatoes, pepper, and onion.

In a pot, cook meat with salt, onion, and seasoning.

Add tomato paste and blended mixture. Cook 15 minutes.

Add groundnut paste mixed with water until smooth.

Simmer 30–45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thick and rich.
Serve with: fufu, rice balls (omotuo), or boiled yam.
