Ingredients:

1 cup Granulated Millet

3 cups water
-
1 tablespoon ginger (grated)

1 teaspoon cloves (ground)

½ teaspoon black pepper

Sugar (to taste)

Milk or evaporated milk (optional)
Instructions:

Mix the millet granules with 1 cup of water into a smooth paste.

In a pot, bring the remaining 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the millet paste gradually while stirring continuously.

Add the ginger, cloves, and black pepper.

Stir and cook on low heat for 10–15 minutes until thick and aromatic.
