Recipe Using Ohene Yere Goat Meat Seasoning Powder:
Goat Light Soup (Nkwan Nnamfuo)
Ingredients:

1 tbsp Ohene Yere Goat Meat Seasoning Powder

500g goat meat (with bone)

2 fresh tomatoes
-
1 onion
-
1 tsp grated ginger
-
1 clove garlic
-
1 scotch bonnet pepper
-
Salt to taste

4 cups water
Instructions:

Wash and season goat meat with salt, garlic, ginger, and seasoning powder. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Boil meat with chopped onions and a little water until partially cooked.

Blend tomatoes, onion, and pepper, then add to the meat.

Add more water and let simmer for 20–30 minutes until meat is tender and soup thickens slightly.

Serve hot with fufu, rice, or boiled yam.
