Ingredients:

2 cups Very Fresh Banku Powder

4 cups water

2 tablespoons salt

Okra stew (made with okra, palm oil, pepper, onions, and fish or meat)
Instructions:

Mix the Banku Powder with water in a saucepan until smooth.

Place over medium heat and stir continuously with a wooden spatula to prevent lumps.

Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and forms a smooth, stretchy dough.

Once cooked, mold into balls and serve hot with okra stew or pepper sauce.
