Ingredients:

1 can Praise ABEMU DRO

1.5 lbs goat meat or smoked fish (or both)

1 medium onion, chopped
-
2 fresh tomatoes, blended

1 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 tsp ground crayfish or shrimp powder (optional)

Scotch bonnet pepper (to taste)

Salt (to taste)

Seasoning cubes (e.g., Maggi)

Water

Washed kontomire (cocoyam leaves) or spinach (optional)
Instructions:

In a large pot, season and boil meat/fish with onions and seasoning cubes until tender.

Add blended tomato, tomato paste, and pepper. Cook for 5–10 minutes.

Pour in the contents of the ABEMU DRO can. Stir well and add water to reach desired soup consistency.

Simmer for 30–45 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Add kontomire or spinach and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Serve hot with fufu, rice balls (Omo tuo), boiled yam, or banku.
