Nina International Tola is a finely ground spice made from premium tola seeds, cherished for their warm, slightly bitter, aromatic flavor. Traditionally used in African cooking, it enhances soups, stews, and sauces with a distinctive earthy aroma and depth of taste.
Recipe: Light Soup with Tola
Ingredients:

1 lb goat meat (or chicken)

1 medium onion
-
3 fresh tomatoes
-
2 tbsp tomato paste
-
1 tsp ground Nina International Tola
-
2-3 fresh chili peppers (optional)

2 cloves garlic
-
1 inch ginger
-
4 cups water

Salt to taste
Instructions:

Wash meat and place in a pot with chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and salt. Steam for 10 minutes.

Blend tomatoes, remaining onion, garlic, and chili pepper until smooth.

Add the blended mixture and tomato paste to the meat. Stir well.

Pour in water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add 1 tsp of ground Nina International Tola and cook for another 10 minutes.

Adjust seasoning and serve hot with fufu, banku, or rice balls.
