Ingredients:

• 1 tsp Nkétékété/Osukone (fennel seeds)

• 1 cup hot water

• Honey or sugar (optional)

• Slice of lemon (optional)

Instructions:

1. Lightly crush the fennel seeds.

2. Add to a cup and pour hot water over it.

3. Cover and let steep for 5–10 minutes.
