MILO (400g) is a chocolate malt powder drink by Nestlé, enjoyed worldwide for its rich, chocolaty taste and smooth malt flavor. Made with a blend of cocoa and malted barley, it can be mixed with hot or cold water, or milk, to create a delicious beverage.

Recipe: MILO Choco-Porridge  (Hot Chocolate)

Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp MILO powder

• 1 cup rolled oats or tom brown flour

• 2 cups water or milk

• 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

• A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, bring water (or milk) to a boil.

2. Add the oats or tom brown flour and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

3. Lower heat and let simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.

4. Add MILO powder and sugar. Stir until fully dissolved.

5. Serve hot with a splash of milk on top.  Goes great with bread for a quick and easy breakfast.
