Ingredients:

500g beef or chicken (thinly sliced)

2 tablespoons Suya Pepper

1 tablespoon groundnut oil (peanut oil)

1 Maggi cube (optional)

Salt to taste

Sliced onions and tomatoes (for garnish)

Instructions:

Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins (if using).

Toss meat slices with oil, salt, optional Maggi, and Suya Pepper until well coated.
