Ghanaian Recipe Using Peak Dry Whole Milk: Ghanaian Tea Bread with Milk

Ingredients:

• 4 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 tsp salt

• 2 tbsp sugar

• 2 tsp instant yeast

• 2 tbsp butter

• 4 heaping tbsp Peak Dry Whole Milk

• 1 ½ cups warm water

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, and Peak Milk powder.

2. Add butter and mix to crumb texture.

3. Gradually add warm water and knead until dough is soft and elastic.

4. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

5. Shape into loaves and place on a greased baking tray.

6. Let rise again for 30 minutes.

7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.

8. Serve warm with tea made using more Peak milk and sugar.
